Saint-Martin Signature Homes L.L.C. is a company built upon 25 years of experience in the residential construction market. The Saint-Martin’s have been in construction since 1982 with roots in Ga. since 1995.

Formally as Saint-Martin Construction Corporation, a Cobb county based Renovation Company specializing in high-end and historic restorations, a decision was made in 2000 to expand into the real estate investment market. As demand grew for new home construction of in-town homes a separate spec home building company Nataca Incorporated was formed.

Now with the ever growing need for “custom” homes on the rise the Saint-Martin’s have again created an avenue where current and future homeowners can go to find a truly unique builder that cares about the details of fine home building.
